1. BINDING COVENANT & AGE ELIGIBILITY

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Masvertex Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to the SyncScholar mobile software, its backend database connections, micro-learning modules, and AI tools (collectively, the "App").

1.1 Age Floor (13+): You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to utilize SyncScholar. By downloading or accessing the App, you warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and the legal age of majority in your region, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and consented to this Agreement.

1.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the App on your personal devices strictly for personal, non-commercial academic self-improvement.

2. RIGOROUS PLATFORM MODERATION & ZERO-TOLERANCE UGC POLICY

SyncScholar facilitates collaborative academic pooling via User-Generated Content ("UGC"), specifically within the Academic Forum. SyncScholar is a heavily protected, rigorously monitored, and actively moderated platform.

2.1 The Zero-Tolerance Standard: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harmful digital behavior. You explicitly covenant that you will NOT post, generate, attach, or distribute UGC that:

Contains hate speech, racial/ethnic discrimination, defaming prose, cyberbullying, or personal harassment.
Features sexually explicit media, pornography, or graphic violence/gore.
Promotes illicit behavior, software piracy, or unauthorized academic cheating aids (e.g., leaked answer keys to standardized state examinations).
Attempts to inject malicious client-side scripts, scrape database vectors, or bypass systemic API rate limits.

2.2 Administrative Interception: To comply strictly with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Masvertex Studios maintains automated and human monitoring vectors. We reserve the absolute right to instantly quarantine, overwrite, or permanently purge any UGC or user profile that threatens platform safety, without prior warning.

3. BUILT-IN USER SAFETY TOOLS

To put platform safety directly in the hands of our scholars, the App is natively equipped with mandatory, high-visibility defensive mechanisms:

In-App Flagging ("Report Post"): Every UGC entry contains a "Report Post" action. Tapping this securely dispatches an incident report to our moderation console. Administrators inspect and resolve flagged accounts within twenty-four (24) hours.
Instant Severance ("Block User"): Users can exercise the "Block User" function on any profile. Executing this permanently severs systemic matching; you will never view their content again, and they are restricted from interacting with your profile.

4. UGC DISPLAY LICENSE & DATA VOLATILITY

4.1 Display Grant: When you publish UGC to the Academic Forum, you retain full ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant Masvertex Studios a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, parse, host, and display that content across our system interfaces.

4.2 Data Volatility ("No Homework Guarantee"): SyncScholar acts as a dynamic academic scratchpad. We do not guarantee the permanent cloud archiving of un-submitted user text. In the event of network latency, server rollover, or database maintenance resulting in the loss of a typed draft, Masvertex Studios shall bear zero liability for lost academic work.

5. DIGITAL ECONOMY & NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

5.1 Gamified Pro Tier: SyncScholar operates a hybrid economy offering an optional "Pro" subscription unlocking expanded AI token generation and unrestricted micro-learning directories.

5.2 Absolute Sales Finality: All digital purchases, AI credit packs, and Pro subscriptions processed via Google Play Billing or our third-party merchant frameworks (e.g., RevenueCat) are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially utilized subscription cycles.

5.3 Subscription Severance: Subscriptions roll over automatically. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your renewal inside your native operating system settings at least 24 hours prior to the cycle rollover date.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DISCLAIMER

The App utilizes advanced generative AI to assist in micro-learning synthesis. Because generative AI operates on complex probability modeling, Masvertex Studios makes no warranty regarding the absolute factual infallibility of AI outputs. You agree to use these features strictly as an initial study assistant and independently verify critical academic citations.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masvertex Studios shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including academic grading outcomes or device performance. This Agreement is governed strictly under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
